Prerequisites

1: You will need Dynamics Bundle. You can read more about how to get a bundle here.

2: Obviously, you will need to have NodeJS installed

3: You will need to have a TOMPHTTP Bare Server implemented into your server-side code. If you were using Ultraviolet, you won't need to make any changes to the configuration of your bare server. The same applies for Osana or any other TompHTTP compliant proxy.
